About this app

The RB key is an application from Raiffeisenbank that allows you to log in securely and conveniently to internet banking or make it easier for you to confirm the instructions you want to carry out in internet banking. In addition, the RB key allows you to restore access to Raiffeisenbank applications using identity documents and biometrics without visiting a branch.

You can simply authorize payments using your fingerprint or face scan, then confirm other operations with a PIN in the RB key application.

The technical requirements

Activation of the application is conditional on the bank of set authorizations in Internet banking.

The app is available for Android (version 9.0 and up).

How does it work

When you want to log in to Internet Banking or make a payment in it, a "push notification" will appear on your mobile phone screen, i.e. a short message with a summary of the transaction that requires your authorization.

After clicking on this message, the RB Key application will automatically start and display all the details of the signed transaction. You can sign transactions even if your mobile device is currently without an internet connection.

Terrible experience. Just to have to download two apps to access one bank account seems a bit too much for me, but the countless errors I have encountered while trying to verify my identity left me out of options, but to verify myself at a branch in person, which annoys me the most. Simple messages as "Communication error" leaves you with no clue as to what's going wrong. Just let me access my money for Christ's sake!

To activate this app from your home is absolute nightmare. I could not enter my birthdate via keypad and I had to scroll 37 years in the calendar month by month. Then I had to scan 2 my IDs about 6 times and at the end of this, after accepting all the input as verified, the app still told me that it was impossible to verify me and I have to do it all over again. I am going to the branch. Your app is worthless.

Totally pointless app it's slower than sms 99% of the time. By the time the screen on the app finally let's you click confirm you would have received the sms and typed in the code already. After you finally get to click confirm to slow you down mire you need to enter the same pin you entered to be able to get to the confirm button a few seconds before. The user experience with this app is absolutely dreadful
