After 15 minutes and 10 attempts to do the video scan my father had to give up. Perfect light, we got all the way to the "uploading" screen, then: "let's try that again". Has the model not been trained with 80 year old cancer patients? He's not pretty anymore , but the result is identical to the one I got when we scanned my face instead (I'm still handsome). He got sent here from GMX to recover a stolen email accoynt, so in a way that's a good match.

The experience which was meant to be simple was laborious and took so much time. Also the app kept stopping and had to restart several times. I had to use the web option to conclude the process. I got in touch with one worker who was rude because i did not understand him well. Thankfully the feed cut off. And the second was not too professional, he kept me waiting for a while before attending to me.

Does not recognize German NE ID 9 out of 10 times. Once it recognizes the image, it doesn't start reading the chip, pressing the button to start does nothing. Since the ID process with the website that needed is already started, you can't opt for anything else until some time has passed. So, frustrating and useless.
