On top of crashing randomly. If you pause the video and then play it again the audio will go out of sync. And there is no fixing it without backing out and starting the show again. Such an inconvenient app. Poorly programmed. Why can't we just go back to the way it was. A hand full of streaming apps that worked flawlessly. Please don't suggest I reach out to technical support. It is evident this app has some bad programming and just needs to be overhauled.

This app sucks. It's super glitchy and crashes all the time. The TV version is even worse. Edit: Crashing and being all around glitching isn't an internet or streaming issue. You just need to develop a better app or come up with an update. Half the time, the skip intro button doesn't disappear. Sometimes, after a commercial ends, it will resume the video back a few minutes upwards to minutes back. The rewind and fast-forward buttons are very buggy, too.

The worst app across all platforms to stream content. It doesn't matter if I'm using my laptop, watching on my TV, or thru the app on my smartphone. This app will always glitch out. I've never been able to download anything for offline viewing. It simply will not work. It doesn't even try to work. Playback issues. Buffering. Like others have said, if you try to rewatch a show, it starts it at the end and then when you attempt to start it over or rewind it will just glitch out on you. Hot garbage
