Used to work great even with poor connection. Lately I can't even load the home page! All it shows is a couple recently announced events at the top and that's it. Can't see my venues, or other artists nearby on the home screen. The only thing that loads is all of your profile and a count settings and nothing else. Tried an uninstall/reinstall and nothing. Pretty pathetic considering outdoor concert season is upon us, how else am I supposed to enjoy my favorite artists now?!

I just installed app AFTER the most recent version update (5/1). It took me over 40 minutes after launching the app just to pull up my ticket to be scanned for entry at the venue! Caused me to miss a good part of the opening band. Since, I have cleared the cache and still when launching the app it just spins and spins. Totally ridiculous, as I am uninstalling after review!

Nothing is loading, not even my tickets. I tried clearing the cache, nothing. I tried deleting all stored data, can't sign in. It can't even load the sign in page! Whatever update that was done, reverse it, please! Or at least before the Fall concert season. Twice now, I had to buy my tickets on the browser version, on my laptop at work, to even purchase my tickets. I will be pausing the app until it's fixed. Thanks.
