It's pretty stable, reliable and easy to use. However, the sleep and heart rate graphs should be zoomable (finger pinch & spread), especially vertically for the heart rate. Gridlines 50 bpm apart is far too coarse to be useful. Max & min bpm numerical values would be very useful in addition to the currently available average and resting. In fact they're probably a lot more useful than average bpm. A nice additional feature would be to graphically log body weight over time, user input obviously.

It only tells you your average heart rate for a given training session. It needs to plot your heart rate for the duration of a session so you can see if you were hitting your target hate rate zone. Without that, it's not ideal for someone wanting to track if they are training hard enough. It also does not track sleep cycles correctly if you sleep twice a day. The second session is not recorded at all. And the camera control does not work. App says not connected to device but it syncs fine!

Straight forward to use. I purchased this to monitor my sleep pattern. Also to see if I would use a smart watch to it's full extent, This is only a guide and not 100% accurate. Readings vary, periods awake yet had a sound undisturbed night sleep. Used more as a watch, easy to recharge via usb. Messages from phone connection is ok but small and brief so I dont bother to look. My wife has one but only uses it as a small compact watch. It is what it is, cheap no frills does the basics.
