Update: App now uses delayed pop-up ads that open multiple links. Annoying as hell. Better than other streaming apps when it comes to stability and offline streaming. The one issue is that Crunchyroll has weird numbering for episodes and movies. When you watch the last current episode of an ongoing series, it jumps into a movie or a different translation. That prevents next week's episode from appearing later.

I needed to catch up on the one piece episodes Netflix doesn't have so I got crunchyroll and boy I wish Netflix had all of it instead. Downloading of episodes was confusing and it downloaded Dub instead of sub so I unknowingly was using my data which I have limited data. After fixing it the player would say I wasn't connected to wifi even though I had downloaded the episode. I was watching at 1.25x on Netflix and that's not an option here overall very unimpressed with the features.

Used the app for years. Worked great. Latest update wrecked the app. Can't get through a single episode without freezing up entirely and forcing me to tab out and force stop. Warning, if you haven't gotten the latest update, don't. Pause updates until fixed. If you have, rollback if you can. Rolling back to prior version fixed issues I'm having. Back to 5 stars if next update works.
