About this app

You can use this application to easily and conveniently send your meter readings if your distributor of gas is Nedgia (grupo Gas Natural Fenosa), Redexis Gas or Nortegas. Do it of comfortable and simple form.

Registering the gas meter in your home can be done in just a few steps. All you need to do is take a photo of the meter and state the CUPS number shown on your bill. Once the photo has been validated by your distributor of gas, you will be told that the meter has been registered successfully.

It is very useful app, but have to take 30 or more photos before it reads correctly the meater and the photo is not blurred. When taking photo all is clear and in the very last moment it is changing focus to completely invisible and not readable. Doesn't matter if there is flash or not, manual or automatic always the photo has to be repeated lots of times before it works.

I like the convenience of sending the gas reading via the app. However, it is difficult to capture the reading in the tiny window. Once you capture the UPC that identifies your meter, you have to then enter the correct reading. The app has never correctly captured the actual units used. For these reasons I rate it 3 stars.

Our meter is behind a water pipe with cables outside a window. We live in a tall building. It's logisitically impossible to take a photo with the small window the app requires. It's ridiculous. It also does not allow you to rotate the camera side to make it easier. Just let people take normal photos and upload to the app!
