This app is just OK. Its largest flaw is that you can't seem to watch downloaded video without an Internet connection. This is a huge fail. Isn't part of the point of downloaded content the ability to watch without an Internet connection? What's worse, if you have a connection when you start a downloaded video but lose it soon after (like on an airplane), just locking the phone can cause the app to time out, return to the Amazon home screen, and error out due to a lack of connection. Frustrating

Wasn't going to rate the app since I don't do it often but I'm genuinely impressed with how little time it takes to load up shows outside of the house, at high quality resolution too. Genuinely been liking watching it on my phone, gotta say I wish it wouldn't make me have to load the episode again if I go to another app for a quick second but can't complain too much.

This is a basic offering. Some of the shows produced by Amazon are pretty good. The fallout was worth the small fee but longterm the offering just isn't there. What I like about the app is the way it presents the cast and their background, the music played, and recommendations. Netflix and others can learn a thing or two from Amazon Prine. Again just like Netflix and others.....the offering and the low-budget shows are not enough to recommend the subscription.
