This app looks like a pre-smartphone app. Its UI is awful, erratic and misleading. The login, when it works, will issue popups saying "sucesso" and "insucesso" in a 10 cycles loop. The fingerprint setup will also create a "sucesso" and a "insucesso" 10 cycles loop popups but, in the end, it won't work. I can't trust an app that works just as bad as this one. For sure, if this login/fingerprint "works" like this, I can imagine how easy should be to hack this app and have unauthorized access to our bank accounts. Oh, this is NOT a support request so don't come asking me for more details. You have all the details here if you want and know how to fix these issues.

One of the worst banking apps ever, lagging behind modern technology and services level. No operations notifications, no easy navigation, no warning of "no service" periods, this app doesn't let you know ANYTHING. Bank support is conducted via messages, not chat, it takes days to reply. I feel terribly sorry for Portugal if they have their leading bank's app like this.

Very slow, and sadly since the closing of the DABOX app, features like adding a revolut account, defining gains as reimbursements and telling the app the spending it refers to, have been lost. Even the features that do work are really unreliable and slower than before. It feels like an easy cash grab from cgd's part, without any care for their customers. Dabox also had great graphs showing every detail, it was a great app, one that could only be truthfully replaced by an exel sheet.
