It is ok when connected wirelessly although sound quality is diminished. Connecting wired is a nightmare. Any bump & it disconnects. I've tried two different phones. All 3 ports in my car & 4 different USB cables. Today, it doesn't work no matter what I do. My car is brand new. When it does work it's limited. Sometimes I don't want to see navigation, but you can't remove it from the screen. I want to customize the side panel for the apps I use but can't. And Waze needs a serious update.

Great when it works, terrible when it doesn't. There's no real consistency to the app's performance, and Google is exactly zero help with issues. You'll essentially pray for every update to not be a mess, and fix other messes. Good luck. UPDATE 5/9/24: App has become progressively worse with every update. Constant crashes in the middle of my commutes, they just can't seem to get anything working at all. Responses to reviews are canned, asking for more information. Useless.

It's great when it works. But it disconnects randomly and often. For no reason. Different cords. Firmly seated. And it always seems to disconnect when I'm at a crucial spot in my driving directions. Very frustrating. I've tried turning off wifi and Bluetooth. No real improvement. If connectivity is ever fixed it will be an awesome feature.
