The app shows incorrect statuses most of the time. At the time of purchase, it shows a certain date and time (2 hours for Click and Collect, and a couple of days for home delivery), but then it gets stuck in "in transit" forever. Customer Service will then ask you to wait for upto fifteen days before they can issue a refund. Overall, it is quite unreliable.

New app is terrible. Moving over lost all my favorites and there doesn't seem to be a function to save items for later (e.g wishlist, favourites, etc) which is very poor for a shopping site. You have to search again if you don't buy first time. I tried to contact support to retrieve my favorites but after following the options in app I got an error saying I am not authorized to access the portal. I went back to the old app to try to contact CS and it let me send an email which bounced back.

Speed seems to be only improvement over previous version. Other than Login and Cart, my data have been wiped. Cart defaults to Select All thus making it impossible to save items (there is no more Likes). An order is split into 2 parcels, one for delivery and another for self collection, a practice hard to understand. Decathlon Malaysia seems to have an issue in deciding between walk-in customers or online orders, that again is hard to understand when they have no problem selling on Shopee.
