I wondering if it's because the Polyclinic more prefer patient to call in for appointment or walk in instead. The appointment time slot were always fully booked even I had already login as early as possible, didn't have a very pleasant experience with this app. Not very useful too.

Bad experience. Open app, sign in using singpass, it went through and it direct me back to health hub app, then says session expired. Tried again for passcode, also same. It just keep saying session expired. I can't login at all.

It's not a hub if a patient/user is supposed to know which specific department to make an appt with but your interface is not specific at all. I keep having to wait 2 days for an appt confirmation, only to find out its the wrong dental organization for my issue and all i need is a dentist.
