Supercell<\/strong>\u00a0is introducing a number of\u00a0Quality of Life changes<\/strong>\u00a0in\u00a0Clash Royale<\/strong>, along with some balance changes as a part of their\u00a0December 2022 Clashmas Update<\/strong>. Despite being a mini-update, there will be a number of Balance changes from the onset of 12th of December, 2022. Clash Royale Clashmas December 2022 Update: Quality of Life (QoL) Improvements<\/h2>\n

Players can now select their favorite emotes, which will be put at the start of the expanded\u00a0Emote selector<\/strong>\u00a0during\u00a0Battles\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Clan Chat<\/strong>. Players can add an Emote to the Wish List, by clicking on the favorites option. They can get notified when it appears in the Shop!<\/p>\n

Updated Leaderboard<\/h3>\n

Clan Leaderboard<\/h4>\n

The Clan and Friends leaderboards can now rank players based on the following criteria:<\/p>\n

  • Ranked Rating<\/li>\n
  • Trophies<\/li>\n
  • League (Tiebreaker)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Players who have not yet reached Ultimate Champion League will still be ranked by Trophies. Instead, players with a ranked Rating will have it on the display.<\/p>\n

    Players are now displayed in the Path of Legends leaderboard.<\/p>\n

    Clan Trophies are calculated, based on the trophies of the members of a Clan. Developers have added a \u201cClan Legend Score<\/em><\/strong>\u201d, which uses Clan members\u2019 ranked ratings to determine the Clans\u2019 rating. There is a toggle for both of these scores.<\/p>\n

    Both scores use the existing calculation:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • 50% of the 10 highest players<\/li>\n
    • 25% of the next 10 highest<\/li>\n
    • 12% of the next 10 highest<\/li>\n
    • 10% of the next 10 highest<\/li>\n
    • 3% of the bottom 10 players<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Clash Royale Clashmas December 2022 Update: New items and more<\/h2>\n

      <\/span>New Magic Item: Card Boost Potion<\/h3>\n

      The Card Boost Potion in Clash Royale will temporarily boost one of the Card Levels to match the Tower Power.<\/p>\n
