Clash of Clans<\/strong>\u00a0wants to celebrate the end of the year with a bang and hence has got us another exciting event named the\u00a0Toyshop Throwdown<\/strong>. As part of the\u00a0weekly events<\/strong>\u00a0in the\u00a0December 2024 Puppet Season<\/strong>, the new event is similar to what we have had with the previously arrived spotlight events. With a few new troop faces, a Christmas spell and several rewards, let us see what\u2019s in store for us.<\/p>\n

Clash of Clans Toyshop Throwdown Event overview and details<\/h2>\n

Overview<\/h3>\n

The\u00a0Toyshop Throwdown Event<\/strong>\u00a0kicks off for\u00a0Town Hall 6<\/strong>\u00a0and above players on\u00a0December 11, 2024,\u00a0<\/strong>and will run throughout the entire month. The event introduces exciting features, including three temporary troops, a spell, and a new epic piece of equipment. You progress by collecting\u00a0Cogs\u00a0<\/strong>by attacking in multiplayer battles along the event track and unlocking rewards.<\/p>\n

The cogs in multiplayer battles will be with targets scattered across three buildings on each base. As you progress, you\u2019ll unlock temporary troops like the\u00a0Ice Wizard<\/strong>, the\u00a0Ram Rider<\/strong>, the powerful\u00a0C.O.O.K.I.E<\/strong>\u00a0troop, and the\u00a0Santa Surprise<\/strong>\u00a0spell, each bringing unique abilities.<\/p>\n

Troop and Spell Details<\/h3>\n

As mentioned earlier, three troops are featured in this event.\u00a0Ice Wizard<\/strong>, as you know, helps in slowing down enemy defenses with his attacks.\u00a0Ram Rider\u00a0<\/strong>excels at smashing through walls and stunning enemy defenses and can quickly open paths for your main army. The star of the event is\u00a0C.O.O.K.I.E<\/strong>, a Valyrie-like troop that deals massive splash damage, so much that it can break any Town Hall with a single attack.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Santa Surprise spell<\/strong>\u00a0makes a comeback as well. When deployed, this spell drops a series of colorful gift boxes onto a targeted area, and each box delivers an explosion, that deals massive damage, getting special treatment like the\u00a0C.O.O.K.I.E<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Event Deals and Rewards<\/h3>\n

As you progress and collect\u00a0Toy Medals<\/strong>, you can redeem them from the shop. You can earn up to\u00a03,750 toy medals<\/strong>\u00a0as a free-to-play player, or\u00a09,250\u00a0<\/strong>with the event pass. The rewards include a\u00a0Rocking Reindeer<\/strong>\u00a0decoration upon completing the main track. The bonus track offers even more rewards, including toy medals for the trader shop.<\/p>\n

As you can see, there are several\u00a0Hero Equipment<\/strong>\u00a0available this time around, but the highlight is the\u00a0Electro Boots<\/strong>, a new epic equipment for the\u00a0Royal Champion<\/strong>. This gear grants aura damage similar to the Electro Titan and unique self-healing with extra hit points for your hero. I suggest this to be your first pick.<\/p>\n

As mentioned earlier, the\u00a0Toyshop Throwdown event\u00a0runs until the end of December, with the\u00a0Trader Shop\u00a0staying open until\u00a0January 3rd, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
