HSR 3.8 Memory of Chaos Buffs<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At the start of each wave, recovers 4 Skill Points for allies. When ally targets use Skills or consume Skill Points, add 1 hit to”MemoryTurbulence”, stacking up to 15 hits. At the start of each Cycle, each hit of “Memory Turbulence” deals True DMG once to a random enemy target. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
