1) Live UV Index: The app provides a real-time UV index based on the user's GPS location. This index is color-coded to indicate the level of UV radiation, ranging from low (green) to extreme (red), helping users understand the current sun intensity.
2) UVA and UVB Monitoring: The app goes beyond just the UV index and provides detailed information on UVA and UVB radiation levels. Users can see which type of UV radiation is more prevalent at their location and take appropriate precautions.
