How to Reroll
- Create & Verify an Account: Start by creating a new account for the game using an email address. Complete the email verification process to finalize the registration.
- Log In to the Game: Launch the game and log in using the newly registered account credentials when prompted.
- Progress to Unlock Gacha: Play through the introductory story missions until you unlock the "Headhunting" gacha (wish) system. This will grant you your initial free rolls and currency.
- Use Your Initial Rolls: Spend all your available initial rolls on your preferred banner—either the Exclusive Character Banner or the New Horizons Banner—until you secure a 6-star operator. This may happen via the guaranteed pity system or through luck.
- Evaluate Your Result: Assess the 6-star operator and any other characters you obtained.
- If the results are unsatisfactory, you can repeat the process from Step 1 with a new account.
- If you successfully pulled the desired character(s), you may proceed with the game and exit the Headhunting menu.

How Long Does Rerolling Take?
About 20-45 Minutes

Please note that rerolling is a time-intensive process. Each attempt, which involves creating a fresh email account and replaying the early story, can take anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes to complete.
Is Rerolling Worth It?
We generally advise against rerolling in Arknights: Endfield due to its exceptionally tedious and time-consuming process. Here are the key reasons why:
1. A Cumbersome and Lengthy Process
- The absence of a guest account system means you must create and verify a new email address for every single attempt.
- Unlocking the gacha (Headhunting) system requires replaying 20-45 minutes of introductory story content each time, with no available skip function.
2. Unfavorable Initial Gacha Economics
- The base rate for a 6-star operator is a low 0.8%.
- The early game lacks a straightforward "selector" ticket or a guaranteed target mechanism on the Exclusive Banner, making it difficult to aim for a specific top-tier character.
3. Viable Alternatives to Rerolling
- The game provides a free 6-star character through accessible early events or login milestones.
- The pity system guarantees a 5-star operator every 10 pulls, ensuring a steady influx of strong units as you play naturally.
Conclusion
The significant time investment per reroll, coupled with the low probability of securing a specific desired 6-star, makes rerolling an inefficient use of time for most players. You are generally better off progressing normally with the guaranteed resources the game provides.
