Heartopia Snow Concert Guide

In Heartopia, music and fireworks are more than just entertainment—they’re the heartbeat of the Winter Frost Season. The Snow Concert transforms the game into a full-scale seasonal celebration, featuring timed performances and generous rewards for players who know exactly when and where to be. While the event may seem simple at first glance, it’s easy to miss out if you lose track of the schedule or arrive at the wrong spot.

From daily shows to weekend-exclusive performances, timing is just as important as taking part. This guide walks you through everything you need to know: how to catch the Snow Concert at the perfect moment, locate the venue without unnecessary detours, and fully enjoy the event while it’s live.

What Is The Snow Concert?

The Snow Concert is a signature seasonal event in Heartopia, blending live music, fireworks, and straightforward participation rewards. Held during the Winter Frost Season, it alternates between daily and weekend-exclusive performances—so checking the schedule in advance is key to claiming all the rewards.

Opening & Closing Weeks (Daily)
During the first and final weeks of the season, concerts are held daily at 19:00 (game time).

Weekend Concerts
From February 7 onward, the Snow Weekend Concert takes place every Saturday and Sunday inside the Fashionwave Concert Hall. Hosted by Atara, the event officially begins at 18:10 Central Time.

During these weekend shows, music and fireworks are triggered every ten minutes, with a total runtime of approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes.

Where Is The Snow Concert?

The Snow Concert is held atop Onsen Mountain near the Old Sea—the highest region on the map. Once the event begins, a portal will appear in this area, allowing you to travel directly to the Fashionwave Concert Hall.

If you arrive before the scheduled start time, you can wait near the portal until it activates at the appointed hour.

How To Complete The Snow Concert Goals?

Completing Snow Concert objectives is simple and designed to be accessible. Goals are divided into personal and team-based activities, each with clear requirements:

  • Personal Goals
Can be completed solo. Simply perform any solo action once and take a photo inside the Fashionwave Concert Hall.
  • Team Goals
Require light coordination. Complete a two-person ensemble during the free performance session.

Finishing these goals rewards you with Penguin Gacha, which can contain items such as Fashionwave Tokens.
