Heartopia Onsen Egg Promise Locations

Heartopia is a life simulation game that blends classic genre staples with live-service elements. As fellow gacha enthusiasts will know, this means a steady rotation of seasonal content. Winter Frost is the first content season since the game’s global launch, offering a range of time-limited activities and events from January 31 to March 13, 2025.
Over these six weeks, speaking with nearly any NPC will unlock new seasonal interactions. Take Naughty—the playful blonde boy often found around Onsen Mountain. After being asked to prepare gifts for visitors to the temporary winter theme park, he’s set up a full egg hunt. Yes, much like the Easter tradition. No need to overthink it—just enjoy the search.
Heartopia: Onsen Egg Promise Guide
Begin the egg hunt by speaking to Naughty at the overlook in Onsen Mountain during the Winter Frost Season. Select the “Onsen Egg Promise” dialogue option to start.
The Story
Naughty was tasked with creating a “winter gift” for Eric’s seasonal event, but got sidetracked by a debate about eggs—hence, an egg hunt was born.

How It Works
- There are 16 eggs to collect, with one new egg unlocked per real-world day from January 31 to February 15.
- To collect an egg, find it, and take a photo using the in-game camera.
- All eggs are located within the Onsen Mountain region—no need to search the entire map.
- The hunt remains available until the season ends on March 13.
Rewards
- Each egg photographed grants 5 Wishing Stars and 300 Fashionwave Tokens (the season’s exclusive currency).
- Finding all 16 eggs awards Naughty’s grand prize: the exclusive Onsen Eggs recipe.
Important Notes
- Eggs are released daily based on the real-world calendar, not your start date. Latecomers can quickly catch up by collecting multiple available eggs in one session.
- You cannot complete the entire hunt immediately—it unfolds day by day.
Day 1: Beige Cracked Egg
Added January 31st: The first egg is quite simply directly behind Naughty, resting atop one of the walkway fence posts surrounding the scenic overlook.

Day 2: White Cracked Egg
Added February 1st: The second egg can be found at the entrance to the ice skating rink that’s been added for the Winter Frost season, down close to the shoreline at the north beach in Onsen Mountain. Two snow sculpture figures stand to the right of the stairs; the egg is atop the head of the smaller figure, resembling a moose.

Day 3: Green Cracked Egg
Added February 2nd: The third egg is under the staircase leading up to the roof of the domed building at the entrance to the Winter Frost park area, which has been temporarily set up on the northern beach at Onsen Mountain. Seasonal vendor Azure has set up her stall nearby.

Day 4: Cyan Cracked Egg
Added February 3rd: The fourth egg is behind Blanc’s gardening shop caravan. Blanc has set up his temporary stall near the lower-ground entrance to the domed building mentioned on Day 3; you’ll need to run around behind the van, as the egg is slightly hidden by a rock depending on where you approach from.

Day 5: Lavender Cracked Egg
Added February 4th: The fifth egg is on the awning above Massimo’s outdoor kitchen at the edge of the ice rink. It can be a little hard to spot since it matches the colour of the awning and surrounding flowers so well — it’s up there on the right-hand side as you look from the front.

Day 6: Azure Cracked Egg
Added February 5th: The sixth egg’s location takes us back to the domed building once again, this time right on the rooftop where the community snowman project is being built. It’s on a railing post directly behind the snowman as you face them.

Day 7: Black Cracked Egg
Added February 6th: We’re staying at the domed building once again for the seventh egg, which is inside the lower floor room that’s been done up as a little reception area where you can usually find Mayor Atara. The egg is on the table in the middle of the seating arrangement next to the stove.

Day 8: Red Cracked Egg
Added February 7th: No need to move too far from the domed building for the eighth egg, but you do need to exit the structure and head around the back near to the glowing portal. Here you’ll find the egg perched atop the coffee umbrella nearby.

Day 9: Orange Cracked Egg
Added February 8th: The ninth egg is in the same vicinity once again, but nevertheless, this egg is a little tucked away. Head left from the domed building as you exit and you’ll see a rock formation under a walkway; investigate this area a bit and you’ll find this egg perched in the gap between three rocks.

Day 10: Yellow Cracked Egg
Added February 10th: The tenth egg takes us back to Blanc’s mobile gardening shop, but this one’s much more out in the open than the first in this area. Oddly though it can be easy to miss, as it blends in so well with his flower display that you might not immediately spot it on the shelf to his right as you look at him.

Day 11: Emerald Cracked Egg
Added February 10th: To find the eleventh egg, go back to Massimo’s outdoor kitchen area, but stand facing away from the winter theme park with your back to the sea. The egg is perched in the crook of a palm tree just across from Massimo.

Day 12: Aquamarine Cracked Egg
Added February 11th: The twelfth egg is still broadly in the vicinity of Massimo’s winter kitchen. To find this one, walk away from the stairs leading up to the ice rink, and turn around when you reach the palm tree directly opposite. The egg is tucked away behind the nearby bush.

Day 13: Blue Cracked Egg
Added February 12th: The thirteenth egg is a bit further out than the rest, but still within the winter festival area. Head west from the main park towards Vanya’s fishing spot, and you’ll see this egg perched right atop the sign above his stall.

Day 14: Purple Cracked Egg
Added February 13th: The fourteenth egg is once again on top of the awning covering Massimo’s winter kitchen, and is in fact in the directly opposite corner to the fifth egg we found here earlier. The easiest way to snap the picture you need is to climb into the skating rink, since from there it’s just above eye level.

Day 15: Rosy Cracked Egg
Added February 14th: The penultimate egg finally takes us within the bounds of the skating rink itself. It can be found right at the back, opposite the stairs leading into the rink and a little to the right, perched atop an ice cream cone table that’s been begging to have an egg placed there throughout the entire event.

Day 16: Cracked Onsen Egg
Added February 15th: The final reward egg would be more deviously hidden if it weren’t literally right next to the orange egg we found on Day 9. Once again, you just need to head away from the domed building to the left, and you’ll see Naughty’s big reward resting on a rock that’s fairly conspicuous under the boardwalk.

Onsen Egg Bubble locations
Photographing all 16 eggs satisfies the condition of the Onsen Egg Promise event and nets you the rewards, but what you don’t get automatically are the eggs themselves.
Fortunately, if you’re looking to show off physical evidence of your achievement, you can collect all of the eggs as furniture pieces. Unlike the eggs themselves, these are spread all over Heartopia’s map, so look out for the distinctive snowman furniture gift bubbles in the following locations:

- Beige: On top of the bus stop at the entrance to the Winter Utopia temporary park.
- White: Atop the parasol in the garden of Vanya’s house in Garden Street.
- Green: Under the southern set of stairs leading up to the Jump Puzzle.
- Cyan: Atop the lamppost next to the Deer Tower firewatch lookout, right next to where Patti hangs out.
- Lavendar: At the side of the purple house next to the piano square in Art Street.
- Azure: Under the Flower Field border sign on the roadside south of Rosy River.
- Black: On the music note bench next to the piano bridge on Art Street.
- Red: On the roof of the fishmarket stall right next to the Nest of Hundreds event tree in the Fishing Village Square.
- Orange: Above some crates next to the entrance of the northernmost of the two piers in the East Pier of the Fishing Village.
- Yellow: On the yellow-striped awning above the entrance to Blanc’s house in Garden Street.
- Emerald: In the fork of a palm tree at the southern base of Stone Cliff.
- Aquamarine: Under the Forest border sign, right next to the car park where Andrew hangs out.
- Blue: Circling the upper deck of the lifeguard tower at Amethyst Beach.
- Purple: Above a bench in the seating area between the three close-together windmills in Windmill Flower Field.
- Rosy: Above the third bench in a row of four out back of the suburban windmill right next to Rosy River.
- Onsen: By the mouth of the “baby” capybara statue in the “Stonehenge” circle at Onsen Mountain Lake.
