To dominate your battles, you’ll want to equip one of the top Combat Styles, all of which I’ve ranked in my Gakuran tier list. That said, if you’re just looking for a more laid-back experience, Gakuran can easily fit that vibe too.

Speaking of chill Roblox games, I highly recommend checking out our guide on how to get Summon Tickets in Evomon—it’s the perfect introduction to this incredibly popular, Pokémon-inspired title.

How Combat Works in Gakuran

Despite Gakuran originally being created to be a slice-of-life game, you now have the option to engage in combat. However, there are a few things to keep in mind before you pick a fight with someone.

The height of your character determines your HP, DMG output hitbox, and the speed of your attacks.

  • Tall
    • Higher DMG output
      • Stacks with the DMG of the Combat Style
    • More HP
      • Only really makes a difference if you pick the tallest height
    • Larger hitbox
      • Easier for opponents to hit
    • Slows down attacks
  • Short
    • Lower DMG output
      • Stacks with the DMG of the Combat Style
    • Less HP
      • Only really makes a difference if you pick the shortest height
    • Smaller hitbox
      • Slightly more difficult for opponents to hit
    • Speeds up attacks
