Free Fire has undergone a game-changing transformation inspired by the depths of the ocean. The latest update invites players to explore the mysteries of the underwater world through its first-ever ocean-themed campaign. Featuring the all-new Underwater Kingdom and dynamic Water Zones, the game now offers more immersive environments, revamped gameplay, and exclusive rewards that capture the thrill of deep-sea exploration.
In addition to the environmental overhaul, the update introduces fresh content, including the new character “Ray” and a revamped cumulative login system featuring the mischievous mascot, Pyro.

Embark on a New Ocean Adventure
The “Underwater Mystery” event dives in on April 8th, offering players brand-new ways to explore and engage in combat. In Battle Royale mode, players will encounter whirlpools near a large dam—these swirling vortexes serve as the gateway to a newly discovered underwater kingdom. Throughout the map, random fishing ponds will appear, providing temporary buffs and collectible rewards.
The traditional sky circle has been replaced with a striking Underwater Zone, where high-tier equipment lies hidden beneath the surface, waiting to be claimed. Keep an eye out for special highlights, including bubble-wrapped airdrops and a redesigned aircraft that now soars into battle as a giant whale.
For 4v4 Clash Squad mode, the update adds underwater spawn points and cyber airdrops. The event also introduces a new limited-time weapon: the High-Pressure Water Gun. Featuring a unique firing pattern, this aquatic armament is available in both Battle Royale and Clash Squad modes.

On the special events page, players can complete missions to earn tokens used for summoning sea creatures and unlocking new fish species. Discovering rare aquatic life grants bonus tokens over time. Players who summon the required number of creatures will unlock the campaign’s grand prize: the hilarious “Ouch! I’m gonna writhe!” pose.

The Underwater Mystery campaign features a vast collection of ocean-themed items designed with inspiration from marine life and a distinctive, realistic shimmering texture.

Ray is a combat-focused character built for players who thrive in intense, close-quarters clashes. His active skill marks the first enemy he attacks, establishing a temporary link between the two. If Ray manages to reduce the marked enemy’s HP to a critical threshold, that enemy is instantly knocked out. Immediately after, Ray restores his own HP, and his skill cooldown is reset.
Updated Cumulative Login System
The patch features a revamped cumulative login system starring Free Fire’s mascot, Pyro. Daily logins not only progress your login streak but also awaken Pyro’s power, gradually unlocking new looks and exclusive accessories for the fiery companion. Maintaining consistent login statistics will significantly increase your chances of receiving high-level, exclusive rewards.
