The Dahlia was recently announced as an upcoming playable character on Honkai: Star Rail's social media accounts. The Dahlia is a 5-star character that follows the Nihility and uses the Fire element. We can expect the Dahlia to be in the first Phase on Version 3.8.
The Dahlia is the 14th Nihility character to join Honkai Star Rail. She is also the 12th Fire character to join, a character Element we haven't seen since Version 2.7!

Who is The Dahlia?
Part of the Annihilation Gang
The Dahlia has a similar look to Constance from the Annihilation Gang, which we last heard of during the Penacony Arc. During this arc, we found out that Acheron destroyed the Annihilation Gang.
We didn't really hear much more about the Annihilation Gang after this arc, so it's not completely certain if this new character is the same Constance as back then.
However, Acheron's involvement could potentially tie in with why The Dahlia follows the Path of Nihility. If The Dahlia really is Constance, who's to say we aren't getting more members from the Annihilation Gang in the future?
