O BASE é uma ferramenta parceira dos professores. O app foi criado para ajudar no dia-a-dia da sala de aula, dando uma dinâmica diferente para o aprendizado, com o objetivo de fazer com que as crianças aprendam o mesmo conteúdo, só que jogando. Na primeira fase do app o jogo foi dividido em três temporadas, como nos torneios de esporte. Cada uma delas tem quatro níveis de competição: Regional, Nacional, Continental e Mundial, além de uma Pré-Temporada; e os torneios têm diferentes números e níveis de questões, que são chamadas de partidas. O jogo é gameficado, oferece moedas, pontos e troféus para ampliar e manter o interesse das crianças.
O conteúdo do BASE foi desenvolvido pela equipe do Instituto Vini.Jr, junto com o corpo docente da Escola Municipal Paulo Reglus Neves Freire. Inicialmente, a tecnologia educacional BASE vai focar nos anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental (do 1º ao 5º ano), beneficiando crianças de 6 a 10 anos, usando o esporte para atrair e a tecnologia para facilitar. Todas as questões seguem as regras da Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC).
