BROKEN BUT NOT F2P FRIENDLY
Hyper carries on its own factions. They are worth investing in and getting multiple copies if you have the resources. SSR EX units (called UR on this website) are extremely difficult to duplicate, so simply select one and work on it slowly.
STRONG AND FLEXIBLE META
You will see these units on most PVE content available in the game. TL;DR: Versatile and strong characters you should build, depending on what faction you are running.
VERY GOOD UNITS BUT NOT AS FLEXIBLE AS THE TIER ABOVE
