Nexon’s anime RPG Blue Archive just received its first-ever content update, introducing new playable characters, formidable raid bosses and the exciting storyline “Cherry Blossom Festival Commotion”. Players worldwide can now recruit Izuna, leader of the Ninjutsu Research Club, and Shizuko, member of the Festival Operations Department, from the allied Hyakkiyako Academy to help combat foes invading the school festival.

Blue Archive ‘Cherry Blossom Festival Commotion’ update: New mystic attack added
In the “Cherry Blossom Festival Commotion” event, players will be getting Izuna’s new mystic attack type and “EX Skill” which temporarily increases her attack speed after moving to a designated location. To increase accuracy and defence, Shizuko is also now available and, using her “EX Skill,” can cover her allies and boost their attacks.

Blue Archive ‘Cherry Blossom Festival Commotion’ update: New raid bosses
The new update of Blue Archive also expands the “Total Assault” raid content that includes two new deadly bosses, Shiro and Kuro. Appearing in the Slumpia theme park, these bosses throw a range of devastating attacks which will require strategy and skill to take down.
Unlockable additional story content
Players will also be able to unlock additional story content “Festival Operations Department” and “Inner Discipline Club” after acquiring one student from each club during this new update.
Players can grab exciting rewards on login
In celebration of the latest event story of Blue Archive “Cherry Blossom Commotion”, publisher Nexon is offering 1200 Pyroxenes to users logged in on Nov. 29. Players will also have the opportunity to exchange event rewards for rare items and accumulate event points to receive special bonuses, such as Pyroxenes, Eligma and Credits.
