Rainbow Six Mobile arriving globally on February 23, 2026

Ubisoft has announced that Rainbow Six Mobile, its long-awaited competitive tactical shooter, is set for a worldwide release on February 23, 2026, for both Android and iOS. Originally unveiled in 2022, the game has progressed through alpha and beta testing, experienced delays, and a limited soft launch in Latin America before arriving at its global launch date.

After an incredibly long wait, the beloved tactical combat of Rainbow Six is finally coming to mobile. Starting in February, deploy a full roster of Operators and their unique gadgets to dominate iconic maps. Experience the classic Attack vs. Defense modes, where intense close-quarters combat meets deep, strategic play.

It’s better to have a polished game than a rushed one, and the developers clearly agree. They used the first and second Closed Beta Tests to introduce major features, improve stability, and refine the overall experience. The fact that they overhauled systems and optimized performance for the global release only adds to my confidence.

Personally, I can’t wait to try out different Operators and experiment with their unique gadgets on classic maps like Bank and Border. As for the new additions, you’re going to love using updated weapons and abilities to break through destructible environments, set traps, and fortify positions. This is definitely one to look forward to.

Rainbow Six Mobile is now set for release on February 23, 2026, for both Android and iOS. Pre-registration is currently open through the Google Play Store and App Store, with milestone rewards—including exclusive Operators and weapon skins—available for those who sign up early.
