Meey Project ra đời dựa trên một vấn đề nhức nhối trong lĩnh vực bất động sản, đó là minh bạch hóa thông tin về bất động sản dự án (pháp lý, quy hoạch, thiết kế, tiến độ và chất lượng dự án,...). Do thiếu thông tin dẫn đến khách hàng không thể đưa ra được các quyết định đúng, gây nên những tranh chấp, mâu thuẫn không đáng có giữa những bên tham gia quá trình phát triển bất động sản và giao dịch bất động sản. Điều này được gây ra bởi các lý do chủ quan hoặc khách quan từ chủ đầu tư hoặc từ các nhà môi giới.
Chính vì lẽ đó, Meey Project ra đời để các bên liên quan chia sẻ thông tin đa chiều dưới mọi hình thức: ảnh, video, word, excel, autocad,...
